Commercial Fitouts

Endless hours were spent ensuring that every detail was executed perfectly, from the kitchen to the huge, open-plan restaurant area facing the ocean. We managed multiple contractors over the building process, along with personally checking every element of the construction throughout – and the result speaks for itself!

Inside and out, The Beach House is a stunning building and was a very satisfying project to be part of. We are confident that it will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Architectural Design

Through countless hours of design, engineering and persistence we were able to fit three architecturally-designed townhouses on this block, making the most of the property and land size without them feeling like the usual ‘cramped’ development homes.

Each townhouse boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, complete with luxurious kitchen and thoughtful finishes to give each home a custom, stylish look and feel.

This was an inhouse project from start to finish, utilising every area of our combined team skill sets, and we look forward to releasing them to the market and securing them some very lucky new owners!

Architectural Design

Spanning nearly 10,000 square meters of prime real estate on the banks of the Murray River, this dual level 1000 square meter residence comes complete with river views, pool and internal lift.

Located on a large sloping block, major retaining and engineering work was required to realise the desired floor plan and make this home possible.

Odyssey Projects has been involved with the design and construction of this home from day one, creating a custom design and managing every element of the construction progress for this client.
